Job Summary
- We seek a highly skilled Commercial Air Conditioning Sales Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent market knowledge of the air conditioning industry, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the commercial air conditioning sector.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including developers, contractors, consultants, and facility managers.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with the technical and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial air conditioning sales.
- Strong network within the HVAC, construction, and real estate sectors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies for high-value projects.
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
