Brij Fintech Company Limited is currently seeking Sales Officers from Lagos, Eastern Nigeria and Northern Nigeria to join our team. As the Sales Officer, you will be responsible for building relationships and identifying new business opportunities in the fast-paced and innovative Fintech space that is shaping the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand Fintech Industry
Understand Payment Gateway Service and Regulatory requirements.
Understand the online payment collections and payouts.
Strong understanding of company products and services
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses.
Develop and present proposals, pitches and presentations to potential clients to showcase our products/services and value proposition.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with marquee clients, partners and industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet the needs of clients and align with company objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Willing to do grassroots merchant on boarding
Ensure signed up merchant transacts

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Experience in Fintech is an added advantage
