Purpose Statement

  • We Are Seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Performance Analyst to monitor, analyze, and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. This role involves leveraging data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive compliance with call quality, conversation standards, and conversion targets.
  • Conduct quality assurance and control across customer engagement and CRM processes.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer retention, ensuring existing clients remain satisfied with products and services.
  • Develop sales scripts and ensure compliance to drive conversions and effectively address objections.
  • Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights through reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery, customer experience, and utilization of products.
  • Implement technology-based process improvements to enhance efficiency and output.
  • Support risk management efforts by identifying potential operational risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct root cause analyses of performance bottlenecks and propose solutions.
  • Monitor workflow processes to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with policies.
  • Foster innovation and creativity in strategy implementation for higher efficiency and performance.
  • Continually track and report on daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs related to calls, sales, and utilization.

Requirements​​​​​​​

  • 3+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in sales pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to analyze complex sales data and provide actionable insights to improve revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of KPI monitoring and sales conversion optimization.
  • Experience with automation and analytics to enhance sales processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify process bottlenecks.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
