Purpose Statement:
- We are seeking a data-driven Sales Performance Analyst to optimize sales efficiency, enhance revenue generation, and drive data-backed decision-making.
- The Sales Performance Analyst is responsible for analyzing key sales metrics, monitoring pipeline performance, and ensuring the sales team meets and exceeds targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive accountability by ensuring the sales team meets and exceeds targets through performance tracking, coaching, and strategic adjustments.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to monitor individual and team performance.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, ensuring accurate monitoring.
- Analyze sales performance data to track key KPIs, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement.
- Manage and assign leads to the sales team while ensuring efficient account management and customer performance tracking.
- Evaluate sales conversion rates and pipeline efficiency to enhance revenue generation.
- Conduct sales forecasting and provide data-driven recommendations for goal setting and capacity planning.
- Identify sales process bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies, including automation.
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve sales strategies, customer targeting, and engagement initiatives.
- Manage CRM data quality, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in similar role within the fintech or financial services industry.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in sales pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Ability to analyze complex sales data and provide actionable insights to improve revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of KPI monitoring and sales conversion optimization.
- Experience with automation and analytics to enhance sales processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify process bottlenecks.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
