Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to promote CLMI’s training programs, consultancy services, and professional memberships. This hybrid role allows you to combine in-office collaboration with remote flexibility while working with a forward-thinking professional institute.

The ideal candidate is persuasive, passionate about professional growth, and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote CLMI’s training programs, consultancy services, and professional memberships to individuals and corporate organizations.

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through prospecting, presentations, and follow-ups.

  • Respond to inquiries, provide detailed program information, and guide prospects through the registration or membership process.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and outreach initiatives.

  • Prepare weekly reports on leads, activities, and conversions for management review.


Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years proven experience in sales, business development, or other client-facing roles.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM tools or sales tracking systems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Must reside in Ogudu or nearby environs (strict requirement).
