Job Summary:

  • Alpha Global is expanding its recruitment operations, and we are looking for a Remote Sales Specialist based in Nigeria to join our dynamic team.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing our business by building relationships with Dutch employers and helping skilled and seasonal Nigerian workers find great job opportunities abroad.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold Calling and Lead Generation: Proactively contact Dutch employers to introduce Alpha Global’s recruitment services and secure new clients for the agency.
  • Client Negotiations: Build relationships with potential clients and negotiate job vacancies for skilled and seasonal Nigerian workers.
  • Sales and Persuasion: Use your persuasive skills to effectively sell Alpha Global’s services and convince employers to partner with us for their recruitment needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Dutch employers, ensuring high client satisfaction and trust.
  • Market Research: Identify opportunities in the Dutch market, understand client needs, and match them with qualified Nigerian talent.
  • Reporting: Regularly track and report on your sales activity and progress using MS Office tools, especially Excel.

 

Requirements:
  • Must with professional, British/American accent.
  • Reliable Internet Access: Ability to work remotely with consistent access to high-speed internet.
  • Own Equipment: You must have your own laptop and mobile phone for daily communication.
  • Experience in Sales (1+ Year): At least 1 year of experience in cold calling or telephone sales, with a proven track record of successful client acquisition.
  • Clear, Professional English: Excellent spoken and written English is a must. We expect business-level English with a clear, professional tone, good diction, and a clean, precise use of language.
  • Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to close deals and meet targets.
  • Professionalism: High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
  • Sales Passion: A natural love for selling, with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Relationship Building: Experience in building and maintaining relationships with European clients, particularly Dutch businesses, is highly desirable.
  • Recruitment Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the recruitment industry, especially the process of sourcing and placing candidates, is an added advantage.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Must be comfortable using MS Office tools, particularly Excel, for reporting and tracking client interactions.

 

What We Offer:
  • Salary: N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
