Job Description
- As part of our ambitious digital transformation journey, we are seeking a skilled and proactive SAP Specialist to join our Global Supply Chain team.
- This role is pivotal in enhancing and optimising SAP S/4HANA functionalities across procurement, asset management, inventory, vendor management, and reporting.
- The position will assist in the design, testing, training, data validation, deployment, and hyper-care phases of the system improvements, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs, strategic priorities and user adoption.
- You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our systems evolve in line with strategic priorities and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Supply Chain Systems and Standards to align SAP S/4HANA solutions with global supply chain strategies.
- Support the full lifecycle of SAP improvement projects: design, testing, training, deployment, and hyper-care.
- Translate business requirements into SAP configurations and functional specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement in SAP modules including MM, EAM, BP, SAP Ariba, and Fiori.
- Provide hands-on support for issue resolution, data validation, and user adoption.
- Develop training materials and deliver change communications to promote system uptake.
- Monitor system performance, data quality, and compliance with global standards.
- Maintain SAP security roles and authorisations.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
About You
- SAP Certification (preferred) and hands-on experience with S/4HANA, especially in supply chain modules.
- Solid understanding of procurement, inventory, asset, and vendor management processes.
- Experience in SAP documentation, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, and hyper-care support.
- Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and analytics.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
