Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team in a strategic role that offers a clear pathway to Head of Finance.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Oversee comprehensive management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making across manufacturing and e-commerce operations
- Treasury Management: Manage treasury operations including cash flow optimization, banking relationships, and liquidity management for operational needs
- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies
- Executive Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely management reporting to C-suite executives
- Budget Management: Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and monitor performance against financial targets
- Strategic Insights: Provide financial insights to support pricing strategies, investment decisions, and market expansion initiatives
Requirements and Skills
- Education: Advanced Degree in Finance or professional qualification in accounting/finance
- Business Partnership: At least 3 years of experience as a finance business partner to manufacturing, supply chain, and/or sales & marketing
- Industry Experience: Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, and/or E-commerce experience required
- ERP Expertise: Minimum 5 years of ERP experience
- Overall Experience: At least 7 years of overall experience with a strong background in finance and treasury management
- FP&A Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
- Management Reporting: Proven experience supporting Finance Management Reporting functions within the last 2-3 years
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
- Financial Acumen: In-depth understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial data analysis
- Exposure to Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
