Job Overview
- Manage the HRIS platform to ensure data integrity, generate reports, and provide insights for strategic HR decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the HRIS database, ensuring accurate data entry and system updates.
- Generate detailed reports and dashboards to analyze HR metrics.
- Identify and recommend system enhancements.
- Provide HRIS training and technical support to HR staff.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to align data insights with organizational goals.
- Analyze workforce trends to provide insights for decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and provide reports for compliance and auditing purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, HR, or related field.
- 3 – 5 years of HRIS management and data analysis experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR technology platforms and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- CIPM Certification is an added advantage.
Salary
N300,000-N350,000 monthly.
