Our business scope: sales and renting of heavy trucks, light trucks, coaches, mine vehicles, special vehicles, engineering machinery (such as wheel loader, hoister, excavator, etc.); TBR tyres, spare parts sales; vehicle maintenance service.
Responsibilities
- Sales Growth & Revenue Generation
- Drive sales to achieve and exceed set targets, quotas, and revenue goals.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for high-value customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Business Development
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities.
- Expand the company’s customer base through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
- Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies.
- Mentor and support junior sales staff, sharing best practices to improve overall team performance.
- Reporting & Strategy Execution
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates to management.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets.
- Customer Engagement & Presentations
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- After-Sales Support
- Ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales service for new clients.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5 – 20 years of experience.
Salary
N500,000 – N1,000,000 Monthly.
