As we continue to expand, we recognize the importance of training and development in maintaining our edge. We’re looking for a Senior Training Specialist to elevate our training programs and ensure our teams are equipped to excel in their roles.


Your Role:

As the Senior Training Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of developing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs that reflect our company values and drive performance. You will design engaging learning experiences that are tailored to different learning styles and needs, ensuring our staff is well-prepared to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.


Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs that meet the organization’s needs and align with business goals.
  • Conduct needs analysis to assess training requirements across various teams and departments.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching aligned with company standards and culture.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning and development to bring innovative approaches.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Create a variety of training materials, including eLearning modules, job aids, and visual aids.

Requirements:

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in training and development, with a focus on adult learning principles.
  • Proven experience in curriculum design, instructional design, and learning technologies.
  • A strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging a diverse audience.
  • Experience conducting training needs analysis and evaluating learning outcomes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders, understanding business priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to enhance training effectiveness.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred.
