Job Summary
- We’re looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to boost our organic reach, manage paid ad campaigns, and improve the visibility of our content across platforms.
- You’ll collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, and tech teams to grow traffic, rankings, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and provide SEO guidance for articles
- Optimize headlines, metadata, URLs, and internal links for SEO
- Track and analyze website performance and campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
- Recommend and implement improvements to website architecture and content for better SEO performance
- Research and implement link-building strategies
- Analyze competitor websites and ad strategies to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in the code
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to ensure SEO is integrated into content creation
- Generate and share regular SEO/ad performance reports with internal teams and partners.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and/or paid search (Google Ads)
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
- Strong understanding of Google Search algorithms and paid ad metrics
- Basic knowledge of HTML and WordPress
- Excellent reporting, research, and communication skills
- Experience in a digital media or publishing environment.
