What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries, requests, and concerns.
  • Manage shop cash and stock operations with accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintain cordial customer relations and deliver excellent service standards.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day shop operations, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Motivate colleagues and promote a customer-first culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate / Post Graduate with 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or shop operations.
  • Experience in cash and stock management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
  • Energetic, assertive, customer-focused, and a proven team player.
