Job Summary:
- We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketer to develop and implement strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive conversions across various social media platforms.
- The ideal candidate is highly skilled in content creation, audience engagement, and analytics, with a strong understanding of current social media trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content strategies accordingly.
- Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools.
Content Creation & Management:
- Create compelling and high-quality storytelling content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Write engaging and SEO-friendly copy for posts, stories, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce visually appealing content.
Community Engagement & Growth:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster community engagement through interactive content, giveaways, and influencer collaborations.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and influencer marketing.
Advertising & Campaigns:
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid social media ads to achieve business goals.
- A / B test creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve ad performance.
- Track ROI on paid campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze social media insights and performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare monthly reports detailing engagement, follower growth, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging social media technologies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is typically preferred.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing or social media marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer, Social Media Manager, or similar role (typically 2-3 years of experience).
- Hands-on experience with major social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Experience in creating and executing social media strategies that align with broader marketing and business goals.
- Demonstrable experience in managing social media accounts for businesses, brands, or organizations, with measurable results (e.g., increased engagement, follower growth, conversions).
- Experience with social media analytics and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and native platform insights).
