Summary
- The Social Media Officer will manage the Bank’s online presence and support brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage social media content across platforms
- Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries professionally
- Support marketing campaigns and brand awareness
- Track social media performance and analytics.
Requirements
- HND / BSc Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or related fields
- 1 – 3 years experience in social media management
- Good writing and content creation skills
- Knowledge of social media tools and trends.
