Job Summary:
Are you a results-driven communicator who thrives in a remote environment? If so, we want you on our team! As a Remote Solar Appointment Setter, you will schedule qualified appointments for our sales closers, playing a key role in our sales process. Top performers will have the opportunity to advance into a Sales Closer role and grow their careers with us.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads
- Qualify prospects based on set criteria
- Schedule appointments using our online system
- Maintain accurate call and appointment records in our CRM
- Follow up with leads as needed
- Meet and exceed appointment-setting targets
- Effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
- Basic understanding of solar energy is a bonus
- Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is beneficial but not required
- Passion for renewable energy and career growth in sales is highly desirable
