Job Summary:
  • The Station Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of 4T Cabs Travels and Logistics Services Ltd, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, staff, and customer service.
  • The Station Manager will lead a team of staff, manage budgets, and implement processes to drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Oversee the station’s operations, including staff management, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage station budgets, controlling costs and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, implementing changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the business, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and analysis on station performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a management role within the travel and logistics industry like ABC Transport, GIG, Chisco etc.
  • Candidate must reside in Ojodu and environs.
