Job Description:
  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Student Recruiter / Digital Marketing Officer to join our team.
  • This role involves student recruitment, digital marketing, and social media engagement to attract potential students.
  • You will be responsible for promoting our agency’s services, managing digital marketing campaigns, and liaising with prospective students to ensure successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Recruitment: Identify, engage, and enroll students into study abroad programs.
  • Advisory Services: Provide guidance to students on available programs, admission requirements, and visa processes.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
  • Marketing & Outreach: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our services and increase brand visibility.
  • Social Media Management: Create and manage content across various digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify prospective students through digital marketing efforts and follow up to convert inquiries into applications.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and participate in educational fairs, webinars, and open days to attract potential students.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest study abroad trends and competitor activities to enhance recruitment strategies.

Key Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of study abroad programs and application processes, particularly in the UK, USA, Canada, and Ireland.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in international student recruitment.
  • Familiarity with visa application processes for international students.
  • Graphic design and video editing skills.

Salary Range
N300,000-N400,000 / month.
