Job Title: Student Recruitment Officer

Job Brief
- We seek an experienced Student Recruitment officer who is to attract and enroll prospective students by promoting the company’s programs and services.
Responsibilities
- Creating and implementing effective recruitment plans to attract prospective students.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with schools, colleges, and other potential feeder institutions.
- Showcasing the institution’s programs, facilities, and achievements to prospective students and their families.
- Responding to inquiries, providing information, and advising prospective students on courses and programs.
- Utilizing social media platforms to promote the company/institution and engage with prospective students.
- Monitoring and analyzing recruitment data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Follow up with the academic team to ensure enrollment processes meet school requirements.
- Assisting prospective students with the application process and providing support to enrolled students during the transition period.
- Creating and distributing marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and videos, to promote the company/institution.
Requirements
- HND/degree in any field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in student recruitment and admissions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and time management skills
- Ability to use initiative and be detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidentiality
- Ability to work as a team and a strong customer-focused approach
- Problem-solving and good customer service skills
