Job Description:
- We currently seek to employ a Study Advisor in Abuja.
- The study Advisor will be responsible for guiding students through the end-to-end process of their study applications in educational institutions abroad.
Responsibilities:
- Research information on schools and course options.
- Follow up on students application with school representatives.
- Resolve student’s queries and problems promptly.
- Provide guidance and support for students throughout the application process.
- Review student’s eligibility for different courses and advise accordingly.
- Provide career counselling to prospective students.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in social sciences or any related discipline.
- 1-2 years experience in customer service or a related discipline
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent grasp of verbal and written communication.
