Job Summary:
- The study Advisor will be responsible for guiding students through the end to end process of their study applications in educational institutions abroad.
Responsibilities:
- Research information on schools and course options.
- Follow up on students application with school representatives.
- Resolve student’s queries and problems promptly.
- Provide guidanceand support for students throughout the application process.
- Reviewstudent’s eligibility for different courses and advise accordingly.
- Provide career counselling to prospective students.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in social sciences or any related discipline.
- 1 – 2 years experience in customer service or a related discipline.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent grasp of verbal and written communication.
