Description
- We are seeking a pharmacy graduate to join our supply chain team as an intern.
- The role provides hands-on experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management, covering procurement, inventory control, distribution, and regulatory compliance.
- The intern will support daily operations and contribute to process improvements that ensure medicines and healthcare products reach patients safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist with pharmaceutical inventory management to ensure availability and prevent stockouts.
- Support procurement by preparing purchase orders and tracking supplier deliveries.
- Help coordinate logistics and distribution of medicines to facilities/customers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
- Participate in demand forecasting, supply planning, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate documentation of stock movements and transactions.

Requirements and skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/Pharm.D).
- Strong interest in supply chain and logistics.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the internship, the intern will:
- Gain practical experience in pharmaceutical supply chain operations.
- Understand procurement, inventory, and distribution processes.
- Apply pharmacy knowledge to ensure safe and compliant handling of medicines.
