Responsibilities
- Develop tailored designs that meet client specifications while adhering to manufacturer guidelines and technical standards.
- Oversee all synchronization tests with the electrical team, including design, installation, and testing.
- Review all production orders and request special or non-standard items as needed.
- Drive continuous product improvement by monitoring supplier technical reviews, updates, and emerging market technologies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the electrical assembly team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Strong problem solving, technical, math and science skills
- Strong written and verbal communication.
