Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the hospital’s IT infrastructure.
- Ensure the security and integrity of the hospital’s data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly.
- Oversee network administration and ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to support their IT needs.
- Manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all IT-related regulatory and safety standards.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies.
- Proficiency in system networking, server management (Linux), and basic software support.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Project management skills and experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
