Role Overview
We are seeking a Telegram Operations Specialist to manage and grow our Telegram community. The ideal candidate is passionate about football, understands the local sports and betting culture, and has proven experience running or moderating Telegram groups. You’ll be responsible for engaging fans, running interactive campaigns, and driving measurable growth on our Telegram platform.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily posting, announcements, and community engagement on our Telegram channel.

Plan, create, schedule, and optimize promotional campaigns (polls, giveaways, contests, betting-related promos).

Track and analyze campaign results (engagement, clicks, conversions) and prepare simple weekly reports.

Collaborate with the content team to ensure timely and relevant posts.

Suggest and implement new ideas to drive growth, engagement, and sign-ups.

Monitor competitor Telegram channels and provide actionable insights to the team.
Requirements

Strong communication skills with professionalism in a remote/work-from-home setup.

Deep knowledge of local football and betting culture.

Proven experience running or moderating Telegram groups/channels.

Familiarity with campaign tracking tools (Telegram analytics, link tracking, Google Sheets/Excel).

Relevant experience in sports content, betting, or affiliate marketing (applications without this will not be considered).
Salary
-
USD 200 – USD 300 / Month (₦300,000 – ₦465,000 approx.)

Performance-based bonuses included.
