Job Description:
- We are seeking a dedicated and organized Ticketing/Customer Support Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Handle ticket bookings and reservations efficiently.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain reports as required.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Station Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
