Job Title: Ticketing and Customer Support Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated and organized Ticketing/Customer Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Handle ticket bookings and reservations efficiently.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain reports as required.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven minimum Knowledge of GDS
- Knowledge of Travel Agency operations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Close proximity to Kado is a must.
