Job Title: Ticketing and Customer Support Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

 

Job Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated and organized Ticketing/Customer Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience and willing to learn.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle ticket bookings and reservations efficiently.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and maintain reports as required.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven minimum Knowledge of GDS
  • Knowledge of Travel Agency operations
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Close proximity to Kado is a must.
