Job Brief
- Management of all drivers and attending to vehicle requests
- Analyzing data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions about the route planning, scheduling, and resource allocation’
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, whether for transporting goods, people or hazardous materials, is essential.
- Generating daily pool allocation and usage reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of logistics activities.
- Ensure all pool vehicles are sufficiently filled with fuel.
- Assist in arranging monthly driver training
- Arranging the driver’s vouchers for signatures
- Receive complaints from drivers and find possible solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of hands-on Experience.
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Knowledge of transportation regulations.
- Problem solving & geographical knowledge.
