Job Description:

• We are hiring a Transport Terminal Manager to oversee and optimize our terminal operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations at the transport terminal, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Manage fleet operations, scheduling, and vehicle maintenance.
• Supervise terminal staff, drivers, and logistics personnel.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
• Optimize cost efficiency while maintaining high service standards.
• Handle customer service issues and stakeholder communication.
• Develop reports on terminal performance and operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 – 6 years proven experience in transport or terminal management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of transport regulations and safety compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and reporting tools.
