About the Job

  • We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Travel Executive to join our traveling agency.
  • As a Sales Travel Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. If you’re passionate about travel and have a knack for sales, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Travel Package Sales: Sell travel packages, tours, and services to clients, including customized travel solutions.
  • Client Consultations: Conduct consultations to understand client travel needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Travel Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, destinations, and products to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of travel services.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales or travel industry, with a proven track record of sales growth.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with travel industry products and services, including destinations, transportation, and accommodations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Results-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on results and performance.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple client relationships, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
