Role Description
- We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create exceptional user experiences for our digital products.
- ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and other interactive features, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate on designs, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, ensuring designs are modern and relevant.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure that designs are translated accurately into final products and offer feedback for continuous improvements.
- Use data and analytics to drive design decisions, ensuring a user-centered approach that meets both user needs and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 3 – 5 years work experience.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS for effective handoff.
- Familiarity with React or mobile app design principles.
- Motion design using Principle or After Effects.
- Experience conducting usability tests and user interviews.
Requirements
- Strong user research and personal development skills and user testing (including usability tests and user interviews).
- Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity designs.
- Proficiency in interaction design and creating detailed user flows.
- Strong knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles for mobile and web platforms.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and designing for inclusive user experiences
- Ability to create and manage design systems.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS for effective handoff.
- Familiarity with React or mobile app design principles.
- Motion design using Principle or After Effects.
- Experience conducting usability tests and user interviews.
