About the Program:
- Our UI/UX Designer Training & Internship Program is designed for aspiring designers who want to develop hands-on experience in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- This program provides in-depth training on user interface design, user experience principles, prototyping, and usability testing, followed by real-world application through an internship.
Key Responsibilities:
During the training phase, participants will:
- Learn the fundamentals of UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
- Understand user research, wireframing, and prototyping techniques.
- Gain knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Develop skills in usability testing and accessibility best practices.
- Explore responsive and mobile-first design approaches.
- Get introduced to design systems and component libraries.
During the internship phase, participants will:
- Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Create interactive prototypes and collaborate with developers.
- Implement and refine design elements based on usability testing results.
- Work on optimizing user flows and enhancing overall user experience.
- Document design decisions and best practices.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Graphic Design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design processes.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools.
- Strong creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
