Job Summary
- The Vice Principal Administration will provide strategic leadership and management oversight for the administrative functions of the school.
- This role will work closely with the Principal and other senior leaders to develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives that support the school’s mission and vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative leadership and management oversight for the school
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the school’s mission and vision
- Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and facilities management
- Supervise and support administrative staff
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in school administration or leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
