Job Title: Vice Principal
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
- Academic Leadership: Overseeing academic programs, curriculum development, and teaching standards.
- Administrative Oversight: Assisting with the daily administration of the College and supporting the Principal.
- Students Affairs: Managing students services, advising and support systems.
- Faculty support and Development: Hiring, evaluating and supporting faculty and staff in the professional growth.
- Policy Implementation: Ensuring adherence to college policies, academic regulations, and governance procedures.
- Conflict Resolutions: Addressing students and staff grievances and resolving conflicts.
- Budget Management: Assisting in the preparation and management of college budget.
- Strategic Planning: Participating in the development of long term strategic goals and initiatives.
- Community Engagement: Fostering relationships with external stakeholders, including local businesses and organizations.
- Coordination of events: Organizing academic and extra- curricular events, such as seminars and workshops.
- Students Recruitment and Retention: Developing strategies to attract and retain students.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collecting and analyzing data for accreditation and institutional assessment.
- Facility Management: Overseeing the maintenance and safety of college facilities and resources.
- Promoting Diversity and Inclusion: Advocating for diversity initiatives and creating an inclusive college environment.
- Crisis Management: Responding to emergencies and managing crisis situations.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachlor’s Degree with 5-10 years experience.
