Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Videographer with a strong creative eye and a proven ability to deliver visually compelling content across multiple projects.
- The ideal candidate is a master storyteller with deep technical know-how, who thrives in fast-paced environments and consistently delivers top-tier, engaging, and high-quality video content under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for a variety of platforms (social media, websites, commercials, events, documentaries, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and execute video strategies that meet campaign goals
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistent creative quality and meeting deadlines
- Operate and maintain a variety of video, audio, and lighting equipment with a strong understanding of cinematic techniques
- Source and direct talents when needed, and manage production logistics from pre-production to post-production
- Implement feedback efficiently while maintaining creative vision
- Stay current with industry trends and continuously suggest fresh, innovative content ideas
- Using high-definition video productions in the technical aspects of videography and editing
- Attend and participate in pre-production meetings to ensure all details for the production are clear, and all required equipment and materials are available and ready for the shoot
- Assist in the pulling set pieces, props and furniture for shoot
- Helps to sustain and guide creative process, assists in developing storyboards and mood boards for various shoots.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree
- Minimum of 3 years experience in professional videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and high-quality video projects
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and pacing
- Excellent time-management and multitasking skills — ability to deliver amazing results even under pressure or while handling multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for aesthetics
- Experience with color grading, sound design, and motion graphics is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with drone videography or 360°/VR video (not mandatory but a plus)
- Background in photography, content creation, or social media production.
