Job Summary
- We’re seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team.
- We’re looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
- The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Management: Manage incoming emails, respond to customer inquiries, and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams.
- Scheduling: Coordinate our team members’ schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our CRM system, ensuring up-to-date records and reports.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Social Media Management: Assist with social media management, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement metrics.
- Research: Research various topics, providing insights and recommendations to our team.
- Special Projects: Will assist with special projects, such as content creation, event planning, and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Minimum educational requirement.
- 1-3+ Years of Experience: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite, CRM software, and social media management tools.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills can effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
