Key Responsibilities:
- Manage email correspondence and client inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including follow-ups
- Assist in organizing and managing content for marketing campaigns
- Update and maintain provider profiles on the Sofia Health platform
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Create and manage spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
- Help with social media scheduling and community engagement
Requirements:
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English only)
- Proficiency with tools like Zendesk, Mindbody, Google Workspace, Slack, and project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
