As a Virtual Call Center Agent, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while making a positive impact on our clients and their customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records with relevant information
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and reliable information to customers
- Identify opportunities to upsell and provide additional products and services to customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or virtual environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
