Job Summary:

As a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant (Virtual), you will support two high-performing executives in the tech and creative space. You thrive in efficiency, multitasking, and proactive problem-solving. Your role involves managing schedules, streamlining communication, and optimizing workflows to ensure seamless daily operations.


Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Entry Level
  • Experience Length: 2+ years
  • Working Hours: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
  • Manage personal and business calendars.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and calls.
  • Organize emails, prioritize responses, and maintain communication efficiency.
  • Prepare for virtual meetings, including agendas and necessary documents.
  • Oversee project timelines, schedule key meetings, and optimize productivity.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, contracts, quotes, and creative briefs.
  • Conduct research and book necessary appointments.
  • Coordinate internal events and team activities.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support ongoing projects.
  • Arrange travel, including flights, accommodation, and transport.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years in a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Notion for task and project management.
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets and other spreadsheet tools.
  • Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote.
  • Exceptional organization and time management abilities.
  • Experience in the creative or business sector is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
