Key Responsibilities:
Website Design & Development:
- Design and develop website layouts, templates, and user interfaces.
- Create responsive and visually appealing web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
- Implement UX/UI best practices to enhance user experience and functionality.
Client Collaboration & Customization:
- Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and design preferences.
- Refine website designs based on client feedback and industry trends.
- Present mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for client approval.
Testing & Optimization:
- Conduct website testing to ensure functionality across different browsers and devices.
- Optimize web pages for performance, speed, and SEO.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues to ensure seamless user experience.
Continuous Improvement & Industry Trends:
- Stay updated with the latest web design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Implement modern design elements and interactive features.
- Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to enhance website quality.
Requirements:
Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./HND) in Computer Science or a related field.
- Google Certification (Preferred but not required).
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Web Designer.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX design principles.
- Experience with design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, or Canva.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for web design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
