Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic, knowledgeable and dedicated School Teachers to join our team and contribute to the academic, Social and personal growth of our students.

Job Description

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Yoruba language lessons that cater to different skill levels.
Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational standards and objectives of the school.
Teach students about Yoruba culture, traditions, and literature to enhance their cultural awareness and appreciation.
Prepare students for internal and external examinations in Yoruba.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Organize and participate in cultural events and activities that promote Yoruba heritage and traditions within the school.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Yoruba Language, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a Primary school setting.
Strong knowledge of Yoruba language, culture, and literature.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a positive learning environment and manage classroom behavior effectively.
Proficiency in using educational technology and resources.
Passion for teaching and inspiring students to understand and appreciate the Yoruba language and culture.
